Our cook prepares in any of the delicious ways listed.

Entrees served with Rice, Pasta or Salad

 

 

FRESH GUANAJA GROUPER and SNAPPER

Grilled over hardwood charcoal.

 

Sautéed with fresh garden vegetables.

 

Steamed-  Oriental style, with ginger, garlic and soy, topped with fresh cilantro and scallions

 

MAHI MAHI (DORADO)

Grilled with our house marinade sauce.

 

CARIBBEAN KING CRAB

Beer steamed and served with drawn Butter and Soy sauces.

 

CONCH

Sautéed with minced green onion and island grown spices.

 

Cervice.  Fresh shelled and prepared fresh from our pens.  Scorched in lime juice, onion, tomato, pepper and spices.

 

GUANAJA PINK SHRIMP

Sautéed with fresh garden vegetables.

 

Wok seared and simmered in spicy Garlic Sauce.

 

Beer Steamed:

1/2 pound of fresh pink shrimp steamed and iced.   Served with cocktail and Soy sauces.

 

Pinchos (On-the-Grill)

Skewers with fresh vegetables brushed with our house marinade and grilled to perfection on hardwood charcoal

 

BROILED LOBSTER

Tropical lobster tail laced with a delicate Honduran Vanilla bean and drawn butter sauce.

 

SEAFOOD MIXED VEGETABLES

Shrimp and fish wok sautéed with mushrooms, pea pods, onions and peppers
